Kelly Pia

Kelly Pia is primarily responsible for developing and managing IRG’s logistics related projects including the Industrial Logistics Group and Industrial Cold Storage Solutions. She also oversees IRG’s national logistics operations and is a key leader in cultivating creative opportunities for current and future IRG tenants looking for space.

Pia joined IRG in 2016 with 20 years of real estate experience. Pia has risen through the company, serving in multiple positions working with the Property Management, Construction, Leasing, and Acquisitions teams. Most recently, she managed a portfolio in six states consisting of 6.9 million square feet.

She has overseen major projects including the redevelopment of the former Brown and Williamson manufacturing facility in Macon, Georgia. The project was repositioned and renamed “Macon Interstate Business Park.” The project included a budget of over $40 Million.

Prior to joining IRG, Pia supported major real estate companies in Fairfield County, Connecticut, managing a large portfolio of properties that included residential, commercial, and office space.

She currently resides in Greenville, South Carolina. Pia attended Southern Connecticut State University.
