As Chief Operating Officer, Greg Hipp leads the company’s day-to-day operations, drawing on nearly 30 years of industry experience. Greg has a unique ability to manage the granular complexities of the business while maintaining a holistic view of the big picture. His business acumen, real estate knowledge and humble leadership style, form the foundation for his success.
Greg joined IRG Realty Advisors in 2005 initially as Property Manager and held subsequent roles of Senior Property Manager, VP Director of Property Management, and Senior Vice President before being appointed as company President in 2018. In 2024, he was named Chief Operating Officer of IRG.
In his current role, Greg collaborates with senior level leadership to set the strategic direction of the organization. He entrusts his team to effectuate that direction to over 150 dedicated professionals who help drive financial and sustainable value for investors, tenants, and communities throughout the country. Under his leadership and influence, high value-added services are delivered through a well-defined framework of property management, development services, facilities management, project management, advisory services, and transaction management services.
During his time as IRG RA’s President and Senior Vice President – Director of Property Management, Greg oversaw all property management functions for 150 properties, nearly 100M sq. ft. of commercial and industrial real estate across 28 states. After the company acquired a New York management firm in 2013, Greg orchestrated his department’s reorganization.
As IRG RA’s Senior Property Manager, Greg managed a 2.5M sq. ft. industrial campus including facility management services for an anchor tenant with 858,000 sq. ft.
Before joining IRG Realty Advisors, Greg served as the Facilities Manager for The Cleveland Browns Training Facilities from 1998 to 2005. He assured a first-class facility for coaches, players, and staff and held fiscal accountability for a several million-dollar budget.
